4-Tips to Stay Safe

Picture
Wash Your Hands-
Frequently wash your hands with warm water and soap for at least 60 seconds.  Be sure to wash past your wrist and underneath your fingernails.  Wash your hands upon entering your home and as often as possible.

Picture
Stand 6 FT Apart-
Practice social distancing by standing 6ft apart when out in public.  This will help to stop the spread and avoid you catching the virus and spreading it to others.  Stand 6ft apart while at the grocery store, standing in      line, or out in the park. Do your part and stay 6ft apart!

Disinfect and Sanitize Your Home-
Use household cleaners with bleach and other disinfectants to sanitize your home regularly.  Wipe down kitchen counters, refrigerators, stoves, dust, and mop to reduce the amount of germs in your home and to kill any corona virus germs that may be on surfaces.  Cleaning bathrooms, walls, and door handles regularly will help keep your family safe while indoors.

Take Care of Yourself-
Self-Care is very important during this time. Take time to reflect, journal, exercise daily by taking a walk around your neighborhood or at the local park, connect with friends and family by phone or video chat or conference, take a relaxing bubble bath, or see a mental health professional to talk about any personal issues you may have.  If you just need someone to talk to or have a question on additional tips email us at
bridge@keystone.org or contact us at 702-815-9046.

Above of all else, take care of yourself!
