About Us.
Keystone Development Center was started in 2019. It is a 501(c)(3) corporation that provides direct services to assist individuals and families through various resources to overcome challenges and to become self-sufficient through education, training, and community services.

Our Purpose
Keystone Development Center exist to offer a greater quality of life and equality for all.
We provide direct human and social services to assist individuals and families through various resources to overcome challenges and to become self-sufficient through education, training, and community services.
We seek to aggressively battle poverty, by promoting growth and development through  literacy, education and other resources. We create plans to meet the identified needs and  to combat, unemployment, underemployment, poor physical, emotional, and cognitive development, and for any cause of literacy as identified by the U.S. Department of Education.

F. Pete Brown
Picture
​Mr. Brown is a professional cook. He has served as an executive chef and has held various manager positions in the cooking industry over the past 20 years. He has worked at various nonprofit organizations in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area as well as volunteered in various capacities most of his young and adult life. Most recently, he has volunteered at Catholic Charities, Salvation Army, and other small organizations to help serve the Las Vegas, Nevada community. Pete has experience providing mental health services and counseling to children, adolescents and adults in a paraprofessional capacity in Pennsylvania. He has a passion for helping people, especially the downtrodden, outcast and those with a diminished capacity in any community.
